Tom Holland in Rolex

It’s shaping up to be quite the year for Spiderman’s very own, Tom Holland. Riding hot on the dials of Marvel’s success – if you haven’t seen it, why haven’t you seen it? – the 25-year-old British actor is out in the public eye once more, promoting the new action film Uncharted, starring alongside Mark Wahlberg. Amongst the promotion, Holland was spotted with a 41mm Rolex Submariner with a dark green bezel and black dial. Updating its Submariner range back in 2020 with new movements and refinements, the model, otherwise known as the ‘Starbucks’ Rolex features an 120-click uni-directional bezel and 300 metres of waterproofness. Best not to spill your Caramel Cream Frappucino on it though.

Quavo in Rolex

This Rolex Sky Dweller isn’t Quavo’s first rollie rodeo. In fact, he’s fairly seasoned by now. But he can’t seem to get enough of the Rolex Sky Dweller. Released back in the pre-pandemic halcyon days of 2012, and considered the watch to have amongst frequent travellers, the Sky Dweller displays two time zones simultaneously. The reference time, in 24-hour format, is shown via an off-centre disc, and the local time is read using conventional centre hands, while the months of the year are indicated in 12 apertures around the circumference of the dial, with the current month marked in red. The instantaneous date change is linked to the local time. Pretty impressive, right?

Kylian Mbappé in Hublot

In a world of #ad, #gifted and #affiliatelinks, it’s nice to know that even if you’re a brand ambassador, you actually wear it in day to day life. On the side of a different pitch this week, Mbappé took to Instagram to mark the fellow footballer, Neymar’s birthday with a watch shot in honourable ode to Hublot. Sporting the Big Bang Sang Bleu II Titanium Pavé, As an ambassador, Maxime Plescia-Büchi (aka Sang Bleu) perfectly incarnates Hublot’s willingness to merge the arts and bring together fundamentally contrasting world.

Zendaya in Cartier

We can’t stop talking/thinking/counting down the hours until the next episode of Euphoria. Taking the internet by storm for its second season – and yes, we have so many unanswered questions about Rue and Jules – but keeping us sane until next week’s offering of teen chaos, were the BTS pictures of the cast, featuring Zendaya’s Cartier Panthère. The designs draw from the grace of the stealth-like panther and have been inspired by the elegant Cartier Panthère jewellery collection over the years and takes it name from Louis Cartier’s friend, Jeanne Toussain.
